At Ikri Darek, Your property should be paying you, not worrying you. We take your property in Malta and Gozo and turn it into monthly income, handling the licensing, listing, the pricing, the guests, the cleaning and the maintenance, so the only thing you have to do is check your bank account.
Speed is where most agencies lose owners money, so we hold ourselves to it: enquiries from prospective guests are answered within the hour, and guests staying in your property, along with you as the owner, reach a real person immediately on our hotline should anything crop-up.
A booking enquiry left overnight is a booking gone, and a guest left waiting is a review you pay for months later. We are a small, founder run business, so you deal with the people who make the decisions rather than a call centre, and we compete on terms rather than size.
Our commission is 18%, dropping to 15% once you place three or more properties with us, and everything else is written to protect you: rental income sits in a segregated clients’ account, we cannot spend more than €250 without your approval, you see every booking and cancellation in real time, and if you ever choose to leave we hand back your keys, your records and your money within 30 days. No lock in, no surprises, no chasing us for an answer.
